The Association of California Water Agencies

country. ACWA's 438 public agency members are collectively

The Family
Farm Alliance is a grassroots, non-profit organization of family
farmers, irrigation districts and those in related industries concerned
about federal water policy issues as they relate to western irrigation
agriculture. The Alliance has members in 16 Western states:
Arizona, California, Colorado, Idaho, Kansas, Montana, North Dakota,
Nebraska, New Mexico, Nevada, Oregon, South Dakota, Texas, Utah,
Washington and Wyoming.

The National Water
Resources Association (NWRA) is a a nonprofit federation of
state organizations whose membership includes rural water districts,
municipal water entities, commercial companies and individuals.
NWRA is concerned with the appropriate management, conservation, and use
of water and land resources on a national scope. NWRA works to
balance the needs of the people and the environment.

Coalition of Arid States (WESTCAS) consists of 125 Western towns
and municipalities, water and wastewater agencies, irrigation districts,
Native American nations, and private members united by their concerns
related to water and wastewater supply and quality. WESTCAS

Oregon, Idaho and Texas.
