Reclamation Program Act Coalition is an effort to modernize the
existing Small Reclamation Loan Program, which was last amended in 1986,
to recognize the social, economic and environmental changes necessary to
undertake projects under this program with respect to the current water
resources development needs in the seventeen western states. |
