Peter Carlson   President of Will & Carlson, Inc.

Peter Carlson is a legislative specialist and strategist having acted as an independent consultant before his association with Mr. Will.  Arriving in Washington, D.C. in the mid-1970’s, he spent the first twelve years of his career with the Environmental Policy Institute.  His current client base consists of water organizations representing rural and urban interests in the Western United States.

 

 

Robert P. Will   Principal Emeritus

After 40 years of working on water and energy issues primarily in the West, Bob Will has retired to Southern California.  As both a lawyer and a longtime lobbyist, his experience covered most aspects of governmental consulting with Congress and the Executive branch.  Mr. Will has represented a number of clients from throughout the West in Washington, D.CThey have been in large part local governmental agencies engaged in water supply, sanitation services, flood control and environmental issues.  He also returned to Los Angeles for six years as General Counsel for the Metropolitan Water District of Southern California, the largest public agency in the United States responsible for drinking water supplies.  Bob Will now resides in California with his wife, Jean, where he continues to lend his expertise on behalf of the firm.
